This release marks the return of a legendary mid-drive conversion, now reimagined with modern performance upgrades to meet today’s competitive racing standards. Developed under the Rubrix Mid-Drive Project (RMP), the RMX Kit pays tribute to the historic performance of DBR and Chris VanAir at the JConcepts Vintage Clash of Champions. Brian Dunbar’s legacy will live on forever, and this DBR themed Rubrix Racing RMX kit is a continuation of that legacy.  Leading up the JConcepts Vintage Clash of Champions event, Brian Dunbar helped develop the setup on this Rubrix Racing RMX kit that carried Chris VanAir to the top of the podium for the class. Behind the scenes,

While Brian Dunbar was not able to attend the JConcepts Vintage Clash of Champions, his stamp of development and approval was featured on this car and setup. The final setup sheet that Drew Boyd and Brian Dunbar created and communicated on before his untimely passing helped this DBR prepared, and themed buggy, take the top qualifier and win at this epic event at the Hoosier RC Hobbyplex.
